Every time you hear your inner voice telling you “I am no good”, replace it with another sentence that is empowering.  Write the sentence down and carry it around with you.  Repeat it often, and you will feel your self respect start to grow and change your life your life for the better.

This is a good way to let go of the past and to start recognising your own essential goodness and strength.  Remember that everyone makes mistakes and that this is just a part of life.  The wise person lets go of their self-judgement and resolves to learn and move on to a better future.
